You want to say you outgrew your previous companies and that is why you won't go back and want to continue to grow with Veeva. Otherwise, you will not pass the phone interview. They heard that my previous company wanted me back but were unable at the time, and rejected me because they think I will go back afterwards.

three rounds: one bq interview, one oa, one final interview. The bq interview is just some general bq questions and the oa has five questions in 1 hour. I think the time for the last question is not enough though

It was neutral. They had quite strict requirement of the engineers they are looking for to put into their team. The employees I met during the coffee break was friendly and nice through out the session.
