I had a call every day where each individual was responsible for a different organizational pillar; calls went up the organizational chain with the potential of meeting the CFO since that was who this role rolled up to. It sounded promising with the recruiter being extremely responsive until the very end when they decided to move forward with another candidate. They mentioned I should have be expecting an assignment in preparation for the final panel interview, but instead of the normal timely responses, they sent me an email after hours on the Friday before the parted on their holiday break which was a bit disappointing. For a company that stressed the importance of transparency and corporate values, I wasn't expecting a 6pm email.
