I was asked to create new features as part of the multi stage interview process and present on them. Eventually I was told I was going to be given a formal offer. Four MONTHS later I received a call to negotiate the offer with a new starting salary much lower than the one we had discussed. After asking for a higher base they told me if I was only interested in money they would not tender an offer. They did not tender a formal offer. So at the end of the day they got me to brainstorm a complex feature for them, gave me the run around for four months, and then low balled me. Interview at your own risk; it may be a massive waste of time.

Colloquio
Relatively straightforward process, not overly difficult. It was several rounds with different coworkers and prospective boss. Everyone was nice and kind and respectful of my time, and I would recommend the company after the process.
They go through a few behavioral interviews which isn't anything intense (yay), However, they have you do a take home project. This is the real problem, they aren't clear on what they want and they aren't very aware that if you're working full time and doing a full feature spec that takes time, It feels more like they're trying to get free work given the depth and level you go to not get the job. Granted I did get feedback which was appreciated but the feedback was frustrating as it's easily something that could have been fixed with a slightly more indepth view of what they're looking for.

They asked all the behavioral questions, "describe a time when you..." it wasn't until the take home that it became an issue, so nothing to list here.
