After an initial interview with the recruiter, I was asked to do a "business case simulation" where I had to build a solution on Veeva Vault (which I was told could take 20-40 hours) and present it as if I were presenting to the client. I prepared and presented the solution using simple language and I did my best to explain the technical solution (since I was told I am being tested on both technical skills and presentation skills ). They had specified a list of features which needed to be in the solution beforehand and as I was presenting them one by one, the interviewer was evidently not listening to what I was saying - she was saying I missed key points even though I was in the middle of the presentation and these points were going to come up in later slides. She then asked questions about previous slides saying I didn't mention them (even though I did). At the end, I was looking forward to the feedback since this was a great learning opportunity (even if I didn't pass). They said my solution was good but I was too technical (had I known they would assess technical skills and the solution directly on the Vault itself rather than the presentation I would have not put as much emphasis on it). The rest of the feedback was about minor issues which could be easily corrected (e.g. I didn't point out to the client that there was an option to organise files alphabetically). While these are points I could have improved on, I don't believe it was worth a job rejection - if they made me present again immediately after the interview with not extra prep, I would have been able to implement all of their feedback. The CDP was advertised as requiring no job experience and that their training would cover everything but my experience contradicts this.

It was informal, quick and friendly, interview was around 30-45 minutes. Interview was given before the personality test. Personality test was quite exhausting, long and difficult. Replied to emails very quickly.

First step HR interview was a good experience. Recruiter was very friendly. 45min long - talking about your motivation for the role, your background, how you align with the role. I didn't get to the next stage because I didn't show enough alignment with the role.
