Unprofessional - there was no interest to get to know the candidate. It was just 30 minutes talking about their weekend activities, themselves, and how amazing their team is & what they get up to. Was never asked or given an opportunity to talk about relevant experience or suitability to the role. There was no structure to the interview, felt as though they were going with the flow if any questions popped into their head. Told I'd hear back in a couple of days, after 3 weeks and follow up emails, no response. No care or consideration for candidates who put in plenty of time to prepare for interviews.
