Interview - they ask basic questions. I got response from their team, that Im doing good and they moved me till last CTO round. Gave them all the details, wasted my work time giving interviews. After last round, I got a response that they are not considering my profile because of notice period of 45 days, they want immediate joiners. If this was the case you should not call people for interviews and waste their time. If you think skills are lacking you should reject in First round. Not recommended at all, don't want anyone else to waste their time here. If you rejecting someone at least send an email, that this is the reason. Instead of considering that person optional, who is waiting for response from you.
