I do not believe this company will ever hire so do not waste your time. Interviews are conducted with phone screens, months later an in-person, days later an online test and then nothing. Not even a "thank you but no thank you". Jobs are posted on LinkedIn, taken down, re-posted, taken down, posted as a different level, taken down. I wouldn't trust this company at all for hiring and retaining talent. They clearly do not know what they want in a candidate and chances are, they have no intentions on hiring.
