      Vena must be high on drugs. Their recruiting team is the worst I've ever dealt with. They wanted me to go through at least 7 rounds of interviews. My 2nd and 4th interviews were with the same Director and at one point he said he's sorry, he doesn't know why he's interviewing me again. One of their founders and Chief whatever is too arrogant, and that's when I knew this company is a joke. I withdrew my application and let the recruitment team how ridiculous they were. Turns out, a co-worker also applied and experienced the same BS from this company.

      We're sorry to hear that you had a negative interview experience with us. We strive to provide a fair, transparent, and respectful hiring process for all of our candidates, and we apologize if we fell short of your expectations. However, we would like to clarify a few points that you mentioned in your review. First, we do not have an open position for an Implementation Manager at the moment, and we have not posted any job ads for this role on any platform. We are always looking for talented and passionate people to join our team, but we also want to be honest and clear about the opportunities that we have available. If you applied for a different role and were told that you would be interviewing for an Implementation Manager position, this was a mistake, and we sincerely apologize for the confusion. Second, our founders are very involved in our company culture and vision, but they do not participate in our interview processes as a standard practice. Our founders trust our hiring team to make the best decisions that aligns with the needs of our company and our CORE values. Rishi Grover, one of our founders, continues to be involved in the day-to-day operations of the business. However, he is not involved in hiring on the implementation/professional services side of the business and therefore wouldn't be involved in interviewing for this particular role. Third, we do not have a seven-round interview process for any of our roles. We cap all of our interview processes at four rounds, and we only use that many rounds for the most senior level roles. For most of our roles, we have a three-round interview process that consists of a phone screen, a technical or assessment, and a final interview with the hiring manager and/or the team. We respect our candidates' time and energy, and we try to keep our interview process as efficient and effective as possible. We appreciate your feedback. We are constantly working to improve our hiring process and provide a positive experience for everyone who applies to work with us.
