Colloquio
1 - Applied online and got a call from the lovely Jonny the same day, had a quick chat and scheduled a telephone interview.
2 - Telephone interview was relatively simple, standard questions (why recruitment, why Venn Group)
3 - Interview with a Manager (mine was at the Birmingham office with Sarah and she was lovely. Once again, wasn't difficult, talked generally about my CV, reasons for wanting to go into recruitment and what I knew about the job)
4 - Have been invited back for another interview with one of the senior managers - hasn't taken place yet but from what I've been told so far, it will involve discussions regarding my motivations to go into recruitment and potentially being put on a desk for some sort of work trial
Main advice would be to be confident and friendly, they want to know that you'll not only be a good consultant but also be a good addition to the team!

You apply online, they reach out after they have screened your CV and if you have passed you arrange a call. After that, you have another call, then you arrange a 1:1 and the final stage is going to the company to meet with some managers and the team you'd potentially work in.

Met with what is now my manager and had a really good interview with him and Sarah aswell who i had spoke to over the phone and via email. I was expecting it to be stressful but felt very comfortable once I actually started. Once i'd interviewed I had to come back for a trial day to meet my team and get a trial to see how I would do on the phones, decided to choose the job on the how much I liked my boss and team. Once I'd done this I then I met with the director. Venn were flexible about when they could see me as I had a full time job. Overall good experience with Venn interview process

The hiring process was incredibly quick, I was approached on linkedIn as on of the directors had looked at my CV and messaged me explaining Venn Group had opportunities I might be interested in. I had the initial call and meeting on the same day and was offered the role.
