Initially applied for a different position. They had filled that position but provided a different position for me to apply. I had an initial interview and then 3 - 1 hour interviews during a separate visit to the office. The questions were fair and reasonable - primarily based upon my past experiences. I did not receive an offer - minimal feedback on what attributes did not align with their goals.
