Interview process included a phone call with HR, a Zoom interview, and a day of in person interviews. Next stage would have been personality assessment. Pretty straight forward interview process.

Phone interview was scheduled for 6:30pm. Call came in at 5pm talked with manager and she was nice asked questions and then told me that they already extended offer to some they really liked. Why brother to call me. Ventas could have cancelled the phone interview. I feel that was a slap in the face.
