Just your run-of-the-mill interview process - I personally was interviewed by four people ranging from HR to technical personnel - and also the CEO. Fairly simple questions; mainly concentrated on my resume and walked through my project experience and college experience. no questions that tested my technical expertise, no whiteboard question, no logical/critical thinking questions. A better word might be "conversation" rather than "Interview"
