Interview process was lengthy but thorough and far from diffcult. They interview for AE's in a "backwards" manner, meaning I first met with a VP of sales, then the CRO and then the hiring managers. The VP and the CRO both seemed like very good, hardworking and driven people who were both really engaged - the hiring managers were most cold, less inviting and not necessarily people I'd like to work under. The interview process with them made it feel like they had better places to be.

What closing frameworks do you have experience with? What CRM's have you used?
The overall process was formal and concise. You can tell based off their energy that they all believe in the service they offer and the future outlook of the company. This confidence is contagious and welcomed.
