Three rounds of interviews with about 5 rolled into the 3rd round. Could require minimum 3 days PTO to accommodate process. They don’t seem to like being in competition with other companies for your labor and as a private company they seem very frugal about compensation. Overall I think if their not interested in a candidate they sound let them know earlier. Wouldn’t interview here again.

I believe they use micro strategies for their database system. Just be able to tie together your experience using your current software with theirs.
The process was incredibly drawn out. The questions were all read from a script with no real back and forth. Very disappointing process and regret wasting my time going through it.
