First round interview is a five minute chat with the director. You're then invted back next day for "the proper thing," which is following one of their employees to an "event." You watch them harass people on the street all day while you fill in an interview booklet that they don't read through. They then sell the business to you for half an hour at lunchtime and tell you within 2 years everyone will be on £100k a year. Last interview is at the end of the day with the director again. Basically it's just a huge conceit to get you to want the job more. It's rare someone doesn't get hired as most interviewees leave by lunchtime anyway.
