Casual setting, one on one interview with the hiring manager. They ask you to talk about yourself and then you take a typing test. Passing words per minute is 35-40 (?) I think they also have you take a written test if I remember correctly.

You submit the application online, they will call you for an interview regardless. When you get there you will read a generic script and do a basic typing test (you only need 20-25 WPM to pass). If you're hired (and you likely will be) you'll be put into the next training class (on Saturday).
