After submitting my resume I was given some tests and then interviewed by a recruiter who then referred me to Venture. I had two interviews at Venture. Both times I knew that the individuals involved would be good to work for and I was anticipating an offer by the end of my second interview. they actually met me for lunch the following week and offered the position.
