Worst interview I had in my life. First, the HR person cancels the interview that she scheduled with me without any explanation. Then I set up another interview on their scheduling system, not fully knowing if she is gonna accept it or not. No response from her. No confirmations before the interview date and time. Well, she calls me on the time that I scheduled the second time around, but within 1 minute into the interview, I realize she clearly didn't look at my resume at all. She didn't know anything about my experience and the place where I was located. I don't think she even knew my name. First, she asked me "How many years of sales experience do you have?" I told her " If you read my resume, you will see that I don't have any sales experience." Then she panics and starts explaining that the job is for a very experienced sales person and repeats the same thing over and over again. Then I am thinking " Why did you set up this interview then?" She clearly didn't look at my resume at all. Me being a curious person ask a little about the company and their business model, but it turns out she doesn't know much about the company or the industry. The interview was a total waste of time
