I was initially interviewed by HR, who then sent me a short questionnaire to help the dev team assess my basic technical skill levels. Following that I had an interview with CTO and team leads, who then invited me to work with the team for 1 day, Once that was done, I had a chat with the CEO at the time and then I was hired.
