1 phone interview - walk through my CV and experience 3 Face to Face interviews in 2 weeks, understand my competencies and the value add I could bring to the organisation. Asked for referees whom I had to reach out Awaited outcome, emailed to query if there was anything else I needed to do. No reply from HR. A simple no would have sufficed and embarrassing to reach out to my referees to tell them there would be no call Reposted the job so took the hint
