Straightforward interview set of 3, and no "free work" projects or "make me a video" asked for. The second interview was a panel interview and it was clear that panelists took it really seriously -- they were looking for someone smart and experienced but also someone they would actually want to work with.

Excellent, multi-round opportunity for them to get to know me, and me to get to know them. Lots of room for me to ask questions, and the questions asked of me were really thoughtful and thought provoking!
