The interview was 1-1.5 hr. I got interviewed by four people consisting of the supervisor, two lead lab assitants and the hiring manager. I thought everything went well, I intimidated before going in. However, it wasn't too bad. I actually talked to them as if it was a normal conversation.

The process too way to long and lacked a huge amount of communication. I had the typical phone screen, waited a week and a half about to have a in person interview. Interviewed with 1 manager, 2 team members and then another manager, waited another week, interviewed with 2 people out of state that i wouldn't directly work for. I had to reach out multiple times to finally get told I wasn't selected which was very unfortunate as I am extremely qualified for the position.
