I was recruited via LinkedIn by the CMO. I first had an informal interview with the CMO to discuss what they were looking for and the current status of the team, followed by a recruiter phone interview. After that, there were three additional interviews with stakeholders and the hiring manager (all 1-1 interviews, no panels). I received an offer later the same day as my last interview. It was a 100% remote process.
