Hiring and interview process was good, all the way until I got a verbal offer. I landed the interview through a recruiter. Having a lot of industry experience in payment systems, I applied for a role which was similar in level to my previous position. The interview itself was good - with questions relevant to the position being asked, although there were some weaknesses in the answers for the questions I asked. However, I was surprised when I received the offer.
