I applied for the Lead Quality Assurance Engineer role at their Sydney office. A talent acquisition recruiter emailed asking me about the notice period, residency status in Australia, total experience, expected salary, and time slot availability for a virtual interview. I replied with all the requested information. After no response for 10 days this recruiter sent a message if I am available after 2 days. I confirmed my availability but no response after that. There has been no update about the status of my application. This seems like a dysfunctional organization.
