The interview process was efficient and clear.
There were 3 stages: one with HR and two with the technical team.
Every step was comfortable, with lovely people and the feedback for each step was very quick.
The recruiter was very attentive and helpful at every stage.

How would you make this solution asynchronous and scalable?
It was a super smooth process, the recruiter was extremely willing at all times if there were any doubts or not understanding a word/phrase. This without a doubt made the process much better.
