My first contact was a phone interview with a manager. He asked about my background and knowledge of the company/industry. This was a new industry for me and he was very receptive to that. They followed up with an invitation for an on-site interview, where I met with 5 people. The interviews ranged from talking about yourself to cases that I worked through with the interviewer.

There were 2 rounds. Both were purely technical rounds of interview. If you happen to clear round 1 then you will be shortlisted to appear for second round of interview.
