HR contacted me asking me to set up an interview. Asked my availability the following week. I told him the days I was available. HR never contacted me for interview. I followed up the following week. HR asked again when I was available. I told him I am free all week. He still never set up an interview. I think this company is very disrespectful and incompetent. Do not be fooled by all the awards they dangle in front of you. I researched their awards and found out they are not at the top of the list.

The first two rounds are the phone interview and assessment test. They will contact you if you have good result on the test.Didn’t pass the third round which is the Teams interview. The hiring manager didn’t show up, the actual team member do the interview questions.

Applied online after being scouted by a recruiter. After a couple of days, I then moved on to a video interview. Once I moved forward to the final interview (4 people), I had to do a pre-interview assessment which consisted of basic calculations and critical thinking questions.
