First interview was with the recruiter where she basically explained the details of the position and went over my resume. Asked me about a time I went above and beyond for a customer, how I feel about high call volumes, familiarity with release of information and HIPAA, then moved me onto the second interview which was the next day with the hiring managers. They asked the same questions as the recruiter and the following day I had my 3rd interview with the direct supervisor for the role. I was called about 3 hours later by the recruiter with the offer and then emailed the official offer letter. Entire process was about a week.
