A very friendly conversation! I felt like they really wanted me to be apart of the team. There was of course dialogue about what I bring to the table, but even more conversation about what Veritex can offer me as an employee. The interviewer was very considerate about where I was in my life and very willing to assist me in anyway possible of making my transition to work with them very smooth. The friendliness after the interview hasn't gone away either. Every employee that I have met so far is as kind and genuine as they come.

The interview process was professional as well as inviting, the Veritex team made me feel welcomed as they didn't only focus on what I know but also cared about who I am outside of work.
