The second interview was very odd. She was late which was weird because in the first interview he was adamant about how this company feels about its employees being punctual. The interview was only 10 mins. She abruptly ended it after she asked my desired hourly rate. I guess I asked for too much but the job listing said $29-$57.33/ hour and I asked for $32/hour. She ended the interview by saying "reach back out if you need anything". I'm guessing that was her saying "call back if you lower your hourly rate to $29/hour". It was handled in a very odd way. Good luck to whoever interviews with them next.
