Initial conversations with HR representative were great and very friendly. The interview with the executive did not go very well; it seemed that he had a different idea of what the role would be, which blindsided me a bit. I'm not sure if he reimagined the role, or if HR misunderstood what it was supposed to be. At any rate, the job I interviewed for was very different than the job I applied for.
