Its as much as a personality interview as it is a technical interview. Be prepared for random questions and technical arguments. They will try to push the boundary to see if you can discuss technical issues with your piers on a day to day basis. This means they may argue about something that both of you know is wrong, but you need to not fold

They went through the resume and asked about projects that I had worked on. Then they would ask why it was done that way and ask to diagram it etc
