Drawn out, more like an investigation. They asked me a bunch of question of how I would do things differently and what was my action plan for the store. I felt more like they were setting me up for failure.

The interview was quite difficult as it requires multiple processes. The hiring managers are helpful in guiding and preparing for the interview. Overall experience with the process is rated 4 out of 5 for lack of transparency in what the role entails.

How did you resolve interpersonal disagreements between team members?
Not too much pressure and overall a laid back interview. Knowing your stuff and being prepared is key. The process if getting hired from the outside can take some time
