Took 2 wks from initial application online. After 3 days I was contacted, did a 20 minute phone interview along with an online questionnaire. Then was contacted to meet with a District Manager for in-person interview. This was an hour along with tour of store and meeting and sitting with another staff member.

I applied online and passed the online assessment, I then did a video interview and after had to wait a while until I was contacted for a job offer. The interview consisted of STAR scenario questions which were all fairly easy. Once I got the offer they started the background check which took 8 days to clear.

There were three parts to my hiring process. 1. The recruiter called me and asked me questions. 2. I spoke to the Assistant Manager. They asked me standard questions and we role-played a standard sale. 3. I did an in-person interview with the General Manager. We also did a role-play as well. BE PREPARED FOR THAT.
