I applied online. Then, I took a 90 minute online assessment, had a 45 minute phone interview scheduled, and was called for an in-person interview two days later. I drove 8 hours to the hour long in-person interview and thought it went excellent (along with the phone interview), but I did not receive an offer. I had to do 5 short rounds of roleplaying, but they gave me a product/services sheet to look off of.

The interview was conducted virtually. It was for the customer service position. Mostly I was questioned about how I would handle various scenarios, for assisting clients. I was asked some real world examples and asked to handle them.

Lengthy and the paperwork is extremely confusing to fill out and submit. Thank you. But other than that really nice people. They hire through a 3rd party called Rose International…. Very helpful people
Unprofessional interview, and unfair. Being bilingual and many years of customer service experience they decided to pass due to many years of experience. The interviewer also looked unorganized and was bias.
