They called me and expressed interest then set up a phone interview. I went through the phone interview and was immediately asked to go for testing the following day. I passed the 7 part test which consisted of logic as well as customer service and multi tasking tests. I was told I passed the same day and a phone interview was set up for two days later. I had the phone interview and, at that end, was scheduled for a face to face interview at their offices. I went through that interview with a very nice transitional supervisor and received a call from HR today to set up another phone conversation tomorrow and was told they wanted to discuss my interview, it would take a half an hour and I should have pen and paper ready at that time. Now I'm very nervous about what is going to happen. Why the pen and paper? Why not just make an offer then and there or send me an email telling me if I did not get the job. Anyone??? Are they going to make an offer or give me bad news?

The interview was conducted virtually. It was for the customer service position. Mostly I was questioned about how I would handle various scenarios, for assisting clients. I was asked some real world examples and asked to handle them.
