The phone Interview process was very irrelevant to go through because question had no association to the position. Then, the response time to hear from company took months before receiving an e-mail that indicates you were not a qualified candidate.

They were no difficult question. Most of the question were basic trouble shooting steps in dealing the customer hardware issues.
