It all starts with an aptitude test of medium difficulty. It emphasizes on your mathematical capability of time, work, average, ratio proportion etc. and a very few Java and C questions. Then comes the technical round, which is hardly technical. All they test is your attitude. If you somehow show that you will stay in their company for long, your are in. Next is the HR interview which may seem a bit difficult but only thing they test is your communication ability. If you look like a decent, well mannered guy/girl you are more likely to be hired.

Interview is medium level. Both had a smooth process in technical and managerial rounds. HR round also had good connect yet to provide offers it got delayed. Once the offer is provided, till they joining date, the team provided good guidance
