Very strict, SAR interview questions. Usually interview is with 2 person panel and can last about an hour. Each interviewer asks a question and writes down your answer. Questions can range from 12 to 20 questions. Interviewers may not elaborate on meaning of the question, they can only repeat the question to you. It can be very stressful for the interviewee especially if they do not understand some questions.

Star based questions, one spreadsheet analysis and one hour interview. It was a panel interview with 2 people. They were nice and cordial. Have now heard anything after the references were asked for.
