They contacted me and asked for me to apply for the CSR position. I did and they contacted me immediately and wanted to set up a phone interview. 3 phone interviews later I was called in to take a test. Pretty simple stuff. I passed and they set up a face to face interview a week later. After the face to face they said I would hear from them in 7 to 10 days. 13 days later, still no word back. 18 days later finally they responded and said they had chosen someone else to fill the position. Didnt really mind because it sounded pretty bad anyways, however pay was decent.

The interview was conducted virtually. It was for the customer service position. Mostly I was questioned about how I would handle various scenarios, for assisting clients. I was asked some real world examples and asked to handle them.

Lengthy and the paperwork is extremely confusing to fill out and submit. Thank you. But other than that really nice people. They hire through a 3rd party called Rose International…. Very helpful people
Unprofessional interview, and unfair. Being bilingual and many years of customer service experience they decided to pass due to many years of experience. The interviewer also looked unorganized and was bias.
