I applied online through Verizon wireless website. I received an email to schedule a phone interview, which I scheduled the next day. The questions were typical (why did you choose verizon? Where do you see yourself in 5 years?) and took about 30 mins. After the initial phone interview I was scheduled for an online assessment. Which included questions pertaining to mulit-tasking (transfering calls and matching numbers), problem solving (red fish,blue fish, spotted fish, sunny, rainy, hot, or cold), typing (reading and listening), and etc. Then another phone interview to review your resume or qualifications, after that an in-person interview with SC supervisor.

The interview was conducted virtually. It was for the customer service position. Mostly I was questioned about how I would handle various scenarios, for assisting clients. I was asked some real world examples and asked to handle them.

Lengthy and the paperwork is extremely confusing to fill out and submit. Thank you. But other than that really nice people. They hire through a 3rd party called Rose International…. Very helpful people
Unprofessional interview, and unfair. Being bilingual and many years of customer service experience they decided to pass due to many years of experience. The interviewer also looked unorganized and was bias.
