They ask you questions and you answer questions. They sit you in a room with an interviewer. The interview lasts about 15 to 20 minutes. What is your previous customer service experience? Please describe your roles as a customer service representative in each of the previous jobs you held as a customer service representative. And then describe in detail each of the roles you did not have that you would want as a customer service representative. Would you be interested in having one of those roles here at Disney land? Are you sure? I hear it pays really well. And they have great benefits. Goodness. I did not realize how many words thirty words are. I am running out of things to write.

The interview was conducted virtually. It was for the customer service position. Mostly I was questioned about how I would handle various scenarios, for assisting clients. I was asked some real world examples and asked to handle them.

Lengthy and the paperwork is extremely confusing to fill out and submit. Thank you. But other than that really nice people. They hire through a 3rd party called Rose International…. Very helpful people
Unprofessional interview, and unfair. Being bilingual and many years of customer service experience they decided to pass due to many years of experience. The interviewer also looked unorganized and was bias.
