Be knowledgeable about the company, but questions such as: "What accomplishment(s) in the first 30,60,90 days would you expect to see as an indication of a successful hire?" "What's an example of single, important task could I do to daily to ensure my manager is confident in my performance?"

Asked about salary expectations and Why do I want to be a PM. Started with a recruiter reaching out, then held a call with the Hiring Manager/ Director of the org, followed by a meeting with 4 engineers & PM on the call. Final round was ~1 hours long.
