The interview process was a two type interview. First the company ask you for general personal background questions and behavioral questions. The second interview was over the internet and was a virtual interview. There were about 15 questions and it was a recorded answer. Initially the questions were asking to describe your self next there were questions about past performance on jobs. Most importantly they ask you to role play.

not difficult. it went smoothly. long hiring process but recruiters often respond quickly. got interview the next week. but it took some time to hear back from them. however, it's not very hefty
Talked about myself, experience and goals. Then they had me and the two people interviewing me run through a mock sale, take coaching, then had us run through a sale again.
The whole Verizon process felt like wandering a maze that kept adding new hallways. It took multiple applications and assessments just to reach a recruiter, and once I finally did, the communication went quiet. Four weeks just to get to that point, and then no follow-up at all. For a role that sounded urgent, the month-and-a-half timeline made the experience feel slow, disorganized, and ultimately unproductive.
