Applied online. Contacted by HR via email to setup phone screen. Provided some dates/times as requested. Never heard back. Another example of a company that ghosts applicants. Very unprofessional in my opinion.

They pull a low profile and call them. Post they will ask to apply. They will schedule a call after few days. And ask irrelevant questions to the profile. And one or two relevant questions. Finally they says your profile does not match. Not sure why they are calling

Recruiter was nice and had a pleasant conversation. Straight forward questions. 1 month later and still waiting to hear back. Sent a follow up email and nothing, Sounds like I was ghosted.
