The first interview was over a phone call that took about 30 min. It was very basic standard work habit questions. The second phone interview was about a week later and last an additional 30 min. it was a different person but much of the same questions. The third interview was an in person interview with a variety of tests. Immediately upon arrival I was directed to a cubical with a computer that went through skills and interactive situation tests. After that was completed I then had to answer a number of personality and psychological questions. When I was completed I had about a 20-30 min. wait. I then spoke with another person saying I had passed the tests and he could now begin the interview. During this processes he played recorded calls of customers and would ask about how I would handle each issue. After he was completed I spoke with another individual about my past work experiences. Following that I was given a tour of the building. The whole process took about 4 hours.
