HR contacted me and set up a time for an in person interview with the assistant store managers. After that round HR contacted me and set up a phone interview/ conference with two store managers, they asked me similar questions as they did in the in person interview.

They had a booklet of different questions experience and behavioral based. I do not remember the most difficult questions they asked, but it is always difficult to pull specific examples.

The interview lasted about 45 minutes, and the questions were based on my knowledge of the brand, technology in general, behavioral styles, also what if scenarios and her views of the culture

I applied online and passed the online assessment, I then did a video interview and after had to wait a while until I was contacted for a job offer. The interview consisted of STAR scenario questions which were all fairly easy. Once I got the offer they started the background check which took 8 days to clear.

There were three parts to my hiring process. 1. The recruiter called me and asked me questions. 2. I spoke to the Assistant Manager. They asked me standard questions and we role-played a standard sale. 3. I did an in-person interview with the General Manager. We also did a role-play as well. BE PREPARED FOR THAT.
