overall nice experience. Some of the hiring managers don't know about that apprenticeship. they asked questions beyond the knowledge level of fresher. That was little bit difficult. But we will get some experience.

Initially started as an intern, then after I received my diploma. I was able to apply for the retail leadership program. Did not do a phone intern because I guess I was already familiar with the employees and HR recruiter. Interviewed with 2 people (district manager and HR recruiter), asked behavioral based questions and questions about current and past jobs. My tip is just to be very prepared and SMILE!
