pathetic process in place, they call ppl with 10+ years experience for walk-in. ppl with lesser or same experience do the interview. don't even know for what position they are interviewing for ... while inviting for interview they told only 5 ppl are called for the interview process but when you reach there - you see it is walk-in fair where you can fresh graduates to 15+ years experience
